Job summary

Mondelēz International in Beaumont/Port Arthur, TX is hiring a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches. You will work with the RTM to ensure Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit are properly displayed and ready for shoppers.

The role offers a flexible schedule with 20+ hours per week, starting early mornings. A valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 25 lbs (50 lbs occasionally), and independent work ethic are required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes moving our products from the stockroom to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location Beaumont, TX
• Secondary locations: Port Arthur, TX
• Schedule availability required: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday; start by 5 am, 20+ hours per week

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos, via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of our brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards across your stores.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM’s negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, including lifting, bending, and moving product.
