Mondelēz International in Newberg, OR is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will work with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure brands are stocked, displayed, and ready to shine, with a flexible early-morning schedule.

You will rotate products, follow merchandising principles, and maintain brand standards while building relationships with store teams.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license in your state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive your own vehicle with insurance and travel to multiple stores.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Retail or grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and courtesy.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Stock shelves and rotate product, maintaining brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant; handle lifting and movement of products.

Part-Time Merchandisers play a key role in bringing world-famous snacks to life in-store. As a Retail Merchandiser, you’ll stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for beloved brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. With a flexible schedule and hands-on impact, you’ll help create a snack aisle experience that’s organized, inviting, and ready to delight shoppers-every time they visit.

As a Part-Time Merchandiser, your mission is to represent Mondelēz with energy and professionalism while supporting flawless in-store execution. You’ll work closely with your Retail Territory Manager (RTM) to ensure our iconic brands-Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and more-are stocked, displayed, and ready to shine. Through scheduled store visits, merchandising excellence, and strong relationships with store teams, you’ll help deliver a snack aisle experience that’s organized, inviting, and always consumer ready. Your role supports seasonal launches, promotional displays, and everyday execution-all with a flexible schedule and a positive, can-do attitude.

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers
• Execute store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos, via DMI
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers, to support execution and visibility of our brands
• Stock shelves rotate product, and maintain brand standards across your stores
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM’s negotiated plans
• Follow daily schedules: and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce
• Stay Safe & Compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role - including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stockroom to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.

• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Newberg, OR
• Secondary locations: Wilsonville - McMinnville - Sherwood - Tigard - Tualatin, OR

Schedule Availability

• Schedule availability required : Tuesday - Saturday. 6:00 AM Start Time. Holidays as needed.
