Mondel17z International is hiring a part-time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and maintain Nabisco brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy and Triscuit. You will visit stores, capture photos, and follow merchandising steps with the sales team.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a valid driver's license, own a vehicle, can use work apps on a phone, and can lift up to 25 lbs. Residence within 25 miles of Maryland Heights, MO is required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 with a valid state drivers license.
• Independent, positive and professional attitude with ability to work alone.
• Able to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations.
• Able to download and use work related applications on your personal device.
• Physically capable of repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasional >50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Maryland Heights, MO.
• Secondary locations include St. Charles, MO.
• Schedule includes Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday.
• Start time 7:00am-8:00am.
• 25 hrs/wk.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondel17z in-store and work with the Sales Representative to optimize visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to DSD Merchandising Steps, including taking photos of displays.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained per guidelines.
• Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues to management.
• Follow the daily merchandising schedule to deliver efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude while representing Mondel17z in the store.

Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita , Chips Ahoy, Triscuit , among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely withthesales representative tooptimizethevisibilityof Mondelēz products on shelves andto constructpromotional displays.

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.

• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz,belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit,among others) are well represented,stocked,andmaintainedthrough the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.

• Ensure Sales Representative’snegotiated planswith store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’management team.

• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.

• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.

• Demonstratepositiveand upbeat attitude whilerepresentingMondelēz in store.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the personresides.

• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.

• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).

• Ability to download and use work related applications on your personal device.

• Ability to performhard workin a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities likerepetitive lifting,bending,andcarrying up to 25 lbs.Occasionally,pushingandpulling over50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock roomsto store floorand stocking the store’s shelves.

• Previousretail / grocery experience is a plus.

Salary and Benefits:

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $15.00-$17.50 based on relevant experience / 401 Savings Plan, Mileage reimbursement (according to company policy), Strong career advancement opportunities within the company, Health and Well-Being Program, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Internet reimbursement of $10.00, when a company device is not provided, Safety equipment such as kneeling pads, safety knives, and PPE.
