Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches in local stores. You will work closely with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit are displayed and ready for shoppers.

The role emphasizes a flexible schedule, strong in-store execution, and a positive, can-do attitude with duties spanning daily visits, merchandising, and close collaboration with store teams.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a valid REAL ID, US passport, or federal ID to access a military base facility.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance, mileage reimbursed.
• Self-motivated, professional attitude and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant, including lifting and moving products as needed.

Part-Time Merchandisers play a key role in bringing world-famous snacks to life in-store. As a Retail Merchandiser, you'll stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for beloved brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. With a flexible schedule and hands-on impact, you'll help create a snack aisle experience that's organized, inviting, and ready to delight shoppers - every time they visit.

As a Part-Time Merchandiser, your mission is to represent Mondelēz with energy and professionalism while supporting flawless in-store execution. You'll work closely with your Retail Territory Manager (RTM) to ensure our iconic brands - Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and more - are stocked, displayed, and ready to shine. Through scheduled store visits, merchandising excellence, and strong relationships with store teams, you'll help deliver a snack aisle experience that is organized, inviting, and always consumer ready. Your role supports seasonal launches, promotional displays, and everyday execution - all with a flexible schedule and a positive, can-do attitude.

• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers, to support execution and visibility of our brands
• Stock shelves rotate product, and maintain brand standards across your stores
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM's negotiated plans
• Follow daily schedules: and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce
• Stay Safe & Compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role - including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL ID driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides, US passport, or federal ID. This role will service a military base facility where it is a federal requirement to have a valid REAL ID driver's license, US passport, or federal ID to access.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stockroom to store floor and stocking the store's shelves.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Lugoff, SC
• Secondary locations: Elgin, SC; Camden, SC
• Schedule availability required: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Saturday

Salary and Benefits

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $15.57 to $18.00 based on relevant experience.
