Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser to fulfill merchandising needs across assigned stores, stock shelves, and maintain or update promotional displays. You will work with store staff and the Mondelēz sales team to maximize visibility of Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy and other brands.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with a valid driver's license, comfortable driving a personal vehicle, and able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive own vehicle with insurance.
• Able to perform physical activities including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Milford, OH.
• Open availability, at least 1 weekend day.
• Start time 06:00 AM, 20 hrs/wk.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves.
• Carry out in-store visits and capture pictures of displays.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented and stocked according to guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and report issues to management.
• Adhere to the merchandising schedule for efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude while in stores.

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisersand fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintainingor changing outdisplays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimizethe visibilityof Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintainedthrough the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate positiveand upbeat attitude while representingMondelēz in store.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehiclewith valid insurance coverageto a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard workin a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
• Previousretail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location Milford, OH
• Secondary locations: Loveland, OH, Mason, OH
• open availability/at least 1 weekend day | Start time: 06:00 AM

Salary and Benefits:

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $14.00 to $16.00 based on relevant experience
