Job summary

Mondelēz International in Joliet/Orland Park, IL, is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build promotional displays, and maintain in-store visibility for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and more. You’ll work 20 hrs/week with an open Mon-Sun schedule and a start time around 7:00am–8:00am, driving between local stores.

You must have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift up to 25 lbs (50+ lbs occasionally), and be comfortable using work apps on a personal

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to multiple store locations.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally push/pull over 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Joliet, IL (Joliet or Orland Park).
• Open availability Monday–Sunday; Start time 7:00am–8:00am; 20 hrs/wk.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores and collaborate with the Sales team to optimize visibility and displays.
• Stock shelves and maintain or update promotional displays per guidelines.
• Take photos of displays per Mondelēz standards and follow merchandising steps.
• Ensure Nabisco brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, etc.) are well represented and stocked.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
• Maintain daily merchandising schedule and support seasonal displays and new product launches.

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita , Chips Ahoy, Triscuit , among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely withthesales representative tooptimizethevisibilityof Mondelēz products on shelves andto constructpromotional displays.

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.

• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz,belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit,among others) are well represented,stocked,andmaintainedthrough the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.

• Ensure Sales Representative’snegotiated planswith store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’management team.

• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.

• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.

• Demonstratepositiveand upbeat attitude whilerepresentingMondelēz in store.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the personresides.

• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.

• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).

• Ability to download and use work related applications on your personal device.

• Ability to performhard workin a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities likerepetitive lifting,bending,andcarrying up to 25 lbs.Occasionally,pushingandpulling over50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock roomsto store floorand stocking the store’s shelves.

• Previousretail / grocery experience is a plus.

Salary and Benefits:

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $16.60-$17.00 based on relevant experience / 401 Savings Plan, Mileage reimbursement (according to company policy), Strong career advancement opportunities within the company, Health and Well-Being Program, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Internet reimbursement of $10.00, when a company device is not provided, Safety equipment such as kneeling pads, safety knives, and PPE.
