Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will work with the RTM to ensure brand standards and shopper-ready displays across designated stores.

The role offers a flexible schedule, regional travel within the Seattle area, and opportunities to advance in a major snack company.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, and move products as needed.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Seattle, WA; secondary locations Shoreline, Kenmore, Edmonds.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays; schedule may change.

Responsibilities

• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.

• Stay safe and compliant, including lifting and moving products as required.

Part‑Time Merchandisers play a key role in bringing world‑famous snacks to life in‑store. As a Retail Merchandiser, you’ll stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for beloved brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. As a Part‑Time Merchandiser, your mission is to represent Mondelēz with energy and professionalism while supporting flawless in‑store execution. You’ll work closely with your Retail Territory Manager (RTM) to ensure our iconic brands—Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and more—are stocked, displayed, and ready to shine. Through scheduled store visits, merchandising excellence, and strong relationships with store teams, you’ll help deliver a snack aisle experience that’s organized, inviting, and always consumer ready. Your role supports seasonal launches, promotional displays, and everyday execution—all with a flexible schedule and a positive, can‑do attitude.

• Represent Mondelēz in‑store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers
• Execute store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos, via DMI
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers, to support execution and visibility of our brands
• Stock shelves rotate product, and maintain brand standards across your stores
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM’s negotiated plans
• Follow daily schedules: and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store‑level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce
• Stay Safe & Compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack‑powered hustle

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self‑motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stockroom to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Seattle, WA
• Secondary locations: Shoreline - Kenmore - Edmonds, WA
• Schedule availability required: Open Availability including weekends and holidays as needed. Schedule may change based on business needs.

Hourly compensation rate of $19.00
