Mondelēz International in Colorado is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. This role offers a flexible schedule and hands-on impact in-store.

You will work with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure brands are displayed and ready to shine, visiting stores five days per week starting early morning while lifting up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with REAL ID, passport, or federal ID.
• Live within 25 miles of primary location (Aurora, CO).
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated; able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform physical tasks: lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional >50 lbs; fast-paced environment.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Schedule: five days per week, including weekends; starts 6 am; 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and outstanding customer service.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles; capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Support seasonal launches, promotional displays, and everyday execution.
• Communicate store-level insights via Salesforce to RTM and retail team.
• Follow schedules set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Assist with merchandising and visibility across brands Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit.
• Stay safe and compliant; physical labor including lifting/moving products.

Part-Time Merchandisers play a key role in bringing world-famous snacks to life in-store. As a Retail Merchandiser, you’ll stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for beloved brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. As a Part-Time Merchandiser, your mission is to represent Mondelēz with energy and professionalism while supporting flawless in-store execution. You’ll work closely with your Retail Territory Manager (RTM) to ensure our iconic brands—Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and more—are stocked, displayed, and ready to shine. Through scheduled store visits, merchandising excellence, and strong relationships with store teams, you’ll help deliver a snack aisle experience that’s organized, inviting, and always consumer ready. • Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers
• Execute store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos, via DMI
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers, to support execution and visibility of our brands
• Stock shelves rotate product, and maintain brand standards across your stores
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM’s negotiated plans
• Follow daily schedules: and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store‑level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce
• Stay Safe & Compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack‑powered hustle

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL ID driver’s license (issued by the state in which the person resides), U.S. passport, or federal ID. This role will service a military base facility where it is a federal requirement to have a valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self‑motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stockroom to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location (Aurora, CO)
• Secondary locations: Commerce City, CO; Denver, CO
• Schedule availability required: Five days per week including possible weekend; start by 6 am, 20 hours per week
