Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser to represent iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, and Chips Ahoy in local stores. You will execute in-store merchandising steps, stock shelves, and set up promotional displays while building relationships with store staff.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle, with mileage reimbursed. Primary locations include Presque Isle, ME, with Kent, Madawaska and Caribou as secondary sites.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid state driver’s license.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Able to drive own vehicle to multiple store locations and use work apps on a personal device.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Live within 25 miles of Presque Isle, ME; secondary locations include Kent, Madawaska & Caribou, ME.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and optimize product visibility on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps and capture photos of displays.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained per guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues with Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work related applications on your personal device.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Presque Isle, ME.
• Secondary locations: Kent, Madawaska & Caribou, ME
• Schedule availability required: Mon, Thurs & Sat

Salary and Benefits:

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $19.94 to $21.94 based on relevant experience
