Candidates should have organizational skills, kindness and patience in working with children in this age group, composure under the pressure of multiple simultaneous tasks, and collaborative skills for working effectively with colleagues.

Must havean Associates Degree, or a minimum of 32 education creditsor pass the ParaPro test.
