Job summary

Tarrant County College in the Northeast Campus is seeking an Adjunct Instructor for Music (CE) to support student success by delivering engaging music coursework, utilizing campus resources and the learning management system. Reporting to NE Music leadership, the instructor will teach as scheduled, assess learning outcomes, maintain records, and participate in required trainings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (or higher) required.
• Degree must be from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Three (3) years related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Accepts and teaches classes based on varied schedules and modalities as assigned by designated supervisor.
• Accommodates student needs and external stakeholders' expectations of the College.
• Prepares and delivers instruction following the College Master Syllabus using the LMS.
• Communicates with students and college officials, including responding to e-mails and meetings.
• Maintains attendance records and certifies enrollments by deadlines.
• Evaluates student performance and provides timely feedback and grading.
