ASU-Beebe, a two-year residential community college part of the Arkansas State University System, is seeking to compile a pool of qualified candidates interested in future part-time teaching opportunities in the following academic disciplines: Music (to include instrumentation courses). Campus locations may include Beebe, Searcy, Heber Springs, LRAFB and online.
Minimum of a master’s degree in the discipline or a master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline.
Terminal degree; one to three years teaching experience
$650 per credit hour
This position will be subject to a pre-employment criminal, sex‑offender registry background check. In cases where pre‑determined, an additional financial/credit history/ background check may be required as well. Convictions that have been sealed or legally eradicated and misdemeanor convictions for which probation was completed and the case was dismissed, will be excluded. Disclosure does not constitute an automatic bar to employment. Factors such as dates of the offense, seriousness and nature of the violation, rehabilitation and position applied for will be taken into account.
