Qualifications

• Proficiency in Google Workspace, WordPress, bulk emailing and group inbox systems.
• Experience with design programs like Canva, Illustrator, and InDesign is desired.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and manage voicemail; greet visitors and conduct admissions.
• Maintain social media presence and create posts.
• Develop and circulate press releases for exhibitions and events.
• Manage relationships with press contacts.
• Update museum website with information about exhibitions.
• Create a twice-monthly e-newsletter.
