Qualifications

• Pursuing or has a college degree in film/video production or related field.
• Portfolio of photography, videography, editing or content work.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photo and video content at jobsites, events and locations.
• Create and edit short-form and long-form videos for social, ads, recruiting and internal comms.
• Assist with planning shoots, shot lists, storyboards and concepts.
• Organize and maintain photo/video asset library.
• Ensure content follows brand standards.
• Create basic graphic design as needed.
• Identify opportunities to capture authentic stories.
