Job summary

Wasatch Peaks Credit Union in Weber County, Utah, is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Associate to greet members and handle day-to-day transactions, including transfers and online banking help.

Schedule is 8:30am–2:30pm, Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays; Sundays closed. Requires a High School Diploma or GED and basic computer skills; cash handling experience is preferred but not required. Spanish fluency may qualify for higher starting pay.

The Role

In this role, you are the first impression of Wasatch Peaks. Your member service efforts are vital to the members' experience and perception of our credit union. Your day-to-day tasks consist of helping members one-on-one with their needed transactions, including money transfers, online banking assistance, wire transfers, and more. We are looking for someone who loves to talk to new people every day and finds great fulfillment in the work they do.

Schedule

This position offers Part-Time employment. The schedule is 5 days per week, M-F from 8:30am-2:30pm with rotating Saturdays from 8:30am-1pm, but never work 6 days in a row. We are always closed Sundays.
