Job summary

Five Steakhouse at Saint John's Resort, part of Schulte Hospitality Group, is seeking a dynamic Part-Time Morning/Day Shift Server to join our team. You will greet guests, take accurate orders, and ensure timely service in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers competitive tips, Daily Pay, and benefits in a supportive team culture. A High School diploma and 1 year serving experience are preferred; flexibility and clear communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred.
• Minimum of one year in hotel/restaurant serving role.

Responsibilities

• Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests.
• Monitors food distribution and presentation; keeps buffet appealing.
• Checks station for setup and cleanliness.
• Adheres to liquor regulations for serving to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Familiar with menu items, preparation and service procedures.
• Totals checks, presents to guests and processes payments.
• Assists with bussing tables and other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests
• Monitor food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the correct recipients and that food is properly prepared and nicely presented and/or the buffet is appealing.
• Checks station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness.
• Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverage to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Must be familiar with all menu items, their preparation and service procedure.
• Totals checks, presents to guests and accept payment
• Assists with bussing tables
• Perform various other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role

KNO WLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
