Job summary

BreakThru Autism Services LLC is seeking Behavior Therapists to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings. You will implement individualized plans created by a LMHP, collect progress data, and share updates with the team.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, may hold or pursue RBT certification, and demonstrate strong time-management and communication skills. Flexible schedules and paid training are offered, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• RBT certification preferred or obtainable upon hiring.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a LMHP.
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of plans.
• Provide regular written/verbal progress updates on goals.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.

What our Behavior Therapists Do (not limited to):

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community based environments
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a LMHP
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan
• Provide regular written and verbal progress updates on treatment goals
• Participate in team meetings and additional trainings
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including dress, timeliness, and communication

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

• Valid driver’s license; Valid car insurance; and Reliable transportation
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities
• High School Diploma
• First Aid/CPR certified or will be upon being hired
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Qualifications (Preferred):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education or other related field
• RBT Certification ($250 sign on bonus)
• Experience working with children with behavior issues
• Experience working in the home setting
