Little Door Montessori sits at the heart of Erie, Colorado. We are seeking a part-time Early Childhood co-teacher for the 2026-2027 school year, three full days per week in a dynamic, collaborative classroom with six staff and 30 children.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in or have completed an AMS or AMI Early Childhood credential program, with Montessori classroom experience and a calm, welcoming presence. Start Aug 3 with training and full days from Aug 24.

Qualifications

• Montessori certification in progress or completed.
• Experience with children ages 3-6 in a structured setting.
• Ability to collaborate in a co-teaching environment.
• Calm, welcoming presence and strong professional judgement.
• Ability to build warm relationships with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Co-teach in a Montessori classroom with lead teacher.
• Observe, assess, and support student growth.
• Communicate with parents and school leadership.
• Help maintain a prepared environment that supports independence.
