Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
• Experience with young children in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging small-group and individualized instruction for third-year primary kindergarten students.
• Support literacy, math, executive functioning, and social-emotional development and preparation for first grade.
• Reinforce Montessori lessons and classroom expectations in collaboration with the Lead Guide and Montessori Academic Dean.
• Foster independence, concentration, confidence, and positive peer interactions.
• Maintain accurate student progress documentation and communication records.
• Collaborate with classroom staff, specialists, and school leadership to support student learning goals.
• Participate in required staff meetings, trainings, and professional development as scheduled.
• Maintain professional communication with families and colleagues.
• Uphold all school policies and expectations related to safety, confidentiality, and professionalism.
