Job summary

Abound Health in Monroe, NC is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for Mondays and Wednesdays, 12pm–6pm. You will provide caregiving, assist with ADLs, and support independence in individuals with IDD.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with a $1,000 signing bonus paid in 3 installments when averaging 20+ hours/week. Abound Health offers paid onboarding and training, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks.
• Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities not required; training provided.

This position is located in Monroe, NC and will be Mondays and Wednesdays from 12p-6p.

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently. What You’ll Do

As a DSP, you will provide hands-on support that helps individuals build independence and confidence. Being a DSP is a rewarding experience – you will genuinely make a difference in somebody’s life. Responsibilities will include:

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older

• Lifting may be required, depending on client needs

Experience working with individuals with disabilities is not required – we provide paid training and support

Pay & Signing Bonus

Starting Pay: $16.00/hour
