- Travel to customer homes, offices, and businesses to perform convenient mobile vehicle maintenance.
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, fluid checks, and other approved maintenance services.
- Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and identify potential maintenance needs.
- Use modern tools, equipment, and technology to deliver professional, dealership-quality service.
- Complete every job efficiently, accurately, and safely according to manufacturer standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional mobile service vehicle.
- Keep tools, equipment, fluids, and supplies properly stocked and ready for action.
- Follow all safety and environmental procedures, including proper handling and disposal of used fluids and materials.
- Maintain accurate digital service records and document completed work.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience with every visit.
- Explain completed services and recommended maintenance in a friendly, easy-to-understand way.
- Build relationships with customers who appreciate the convenience of mobile service.
- Represent Preston Ford West with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.

- Experience performing automotive maintenance, oil changes, and tire rotations.
- A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

Duties are performed on the dealership premises, both indoors and outdoors and on customer test drives. Work includes frequent movement around the company facilities and the outdoor car lot to interact with customers and other departments. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and is frequently required to stand, walk and sit. The position requires regular and predictable attendance. Scheduled shifts will include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
