Qualifications

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential community grounds and access points to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and report unusual activity, maintenance hazards, and policy violations to site contacts or leadership.
• Respond to incidents and resident concerns in a calm, professional manner following reporting procedures.
• Maintain accurate daily activity logs and patrol documentation with a courteous presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential community grounds, common areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and report unusual activity, property concerns, maintenance hazards, and policy violations to site contacts and/or leadership.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Maintain accurate daily activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation while providing a courteous presence throughout the residential location.
