Qualifications

• DPM degree is required.
• Active state podiatry license in PA.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience; geriatric or mobile care preferred.
• Knowledge of diabetic foot care and wound management practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine foot and wound care for geriatric patients.
• Dispense orthopedic footwear and inserts.
• Diagnose and manage podiatric conditions common in geriatric patients.
• Educate patients and facility staff on preventive care and management.
