Qualifications

• Provide customer service and follow security-related procedures at a retail site.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report per protocol.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of store areas and perimeter.
• Observe and report suspicious activity to management or law enforcement.
• Assist with access control and protection of merchandise and property.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the store, shopping center common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate store management, law enforcement, and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and protection of merchandise and property in accordance with site procedures.
