Job summary

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time Optometrist to deliver eye care services to geriatric and underserved populations across PA locations. This independent contractor role offers a flexible weekday schedule with 7–8 days per month initially, increasing over time, and compensation of $900 per day.

You will examine, diagnose, and treat ocular conditions, prescribe lenses, and educate patients and caregivers while collaborating with facility staff to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) is required.
• Active PA Optometry License is required.
• Experience with geriatric populations or mobile care is a plus.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and empathy.
• Ability to work independently while adapting to facility-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams for geriatric and underserved patients.
• Diagnose, manage, and treat ocular conditions.
• Prescribe corrective lenses and collaborate with facility staff.
