Job summary

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) seeks a compassionate Dispensing Audiologist for a part-time, travel-friendly role serving seniors across Denver, Lakewood, and nearby areas. Independent contractor setup includes administrative support from CMC.

The candidate will hold a Doctor of Audiology, an active state license, and experience in geriatric or mobile audiology, delivering assessments, fittings, programming, and patient education with a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree from an accredited program.
Active state audiology license.
Experience in geriatric or mobile audiology care preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to facility-based care settings.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments, including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and tympanometry.
Diagnose and manage hearing disorders, including age-related hearing loss.
Provide hearing aid consultations, fittings, programming, and follow-up care.
Educate patients and caregivers about hearing health, communication strategies, and device maintenance.
Work collaboratively with facility staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
Ensure a comfortable and respectful environment tailored to geriatric needs.
