T-Mobile US Inc. is seeking Mobile Associates who will serve as brand ambassadors, building energy for customers and providing demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.

This learning role prepares you for advancement to a Mobile Expert, with guaranteed base pay and stock-based rewards. We value a passionate, customer-first mindset, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and a willingness to learn from peers and leaders.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

• Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.

This role is a learning role, where new associates are working with their team and proactively building skills and proficiencies, in preparation for the next level up as a Mobile Expert.

Job Responsibilities

Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to our customers, while providing an elite customer experience and building loyalty by:

• Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
• Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan that keep our customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love, including anything from unique accessories to innovative IoT devices.
• Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
• Becomes skilled with and consistently uses digital tools in interactions and onboarding to actively demonstrate:
• Establishes relationships with and partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service to successfully identify and handoff small business leads.

Education

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)

Work Experience

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Hourly Base Pay: $19.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay.

Within the first 90 days working at T-Mobile, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. Once completed, Mobile Associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year. Actual incentives vary based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
