Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification required; training available if needed.
• Previous coaching experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to travel with the team to home/away games.
• Must meet Bartlett School District NHIAA requirements.

• Lead and organize daily practices and ongoing skill development.
• Coordinate with head coach and athletic director for games and events.
• Ensure safety, fair play, and sportsmanship among players.
