• Hold a bachelor’s degree.
• Active practicing artist with significant dance teaching experience in schools.
• Ability to choreograph age-appropriate pieces across styles.

• Develop dancers’ foundational technique, coordination, strength, mind-body awareness and choreographic skills.
• Connect students with the local Twin Cities dance community through guest artists, workshops and field trips.
• Represent a diverse variety of dance styles and encourage collaboration, confidence and performance readiness.
