Qualifications

• Experience in clerical/data entry and inventory tracking is helpful.
• Ability to maintain records with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Performs clerical duties required for maintaining merchandise records including purchase orders, order forms, sales sheets, etc.
• Arranges merchandise displays in an attractive manner at retail locations. Tags sale merchandise and makes authorized markdowns.
• Fills merchandise orders in preparation for weekly delivery.
• Maintains inventory records.
• Performs inventory spot checks at retail facilities as directed. Notifies the Merchandising Manager of shortages.
• Performs price comparisons with similar retail locations in the area.
• Transports change orders, merchandise, food, mail and supplies.
• Maintains cleanliness in the warehouse and office work areas.
• Processes online sales orders and wholesale orders in a timely manner.
• Assists in the execution of marketing strategy including reaching new demographics, planning and managing initiatives.
• Assists the Warehouse Manager in the Conservation & Parks warehouse as directed.
• Performs job duties in accordance with Great Parks of Hamilton County’s policies, procedures, and performance expectations.
• Maintains confidentiality of confidential and sensitive information.
• Works assigned schedule, exhibits regular and punctual attendance and works outside of normal schedule as required.
