Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure store signage, pricing and displays are accurate and shopper-friendly. You’ll build attractive product displays, help locate merchandise, and assist customers when opportunities arise.

The role supports a weekday schedule with opportunities to learn and grow, including benefits such as health options, 401(k) matching and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Use web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe’s specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and signage; maintain digital information.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and up to date.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales; arrange displays.
• Repair/replace damaged items including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
