Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser in Houston, TX to independently manage product placement, inventory, and seasonal resets in various retail locations. The role involves engaging with store teams, stocking Hallmark products, and ensuring timely merchandising across assigned stores.

Hours average 10–12 per week with a variable schedule; availability around major holidays and weekends may be required. Training is provided and voluntary benefits are available for part-time employees.

Qualifications

• You're at least 18 years old.
• You're able to read, write and understand English.
• You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within the department and stores, using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: extend hours during peak seasons and on holidays as needed.
• Department Resets: assist with installations, remodeling, and relocating card sections with advance notice.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with a network of merchandisers to support teammates in their territories.
