Job summary

Schwan's Company in Merrillville, IN is hiring part-time Merchandisers to keep shelves stocked for popular brands like Red Baron®, Tony's®, Freschetta®, Mrs. Smith's® and Edwards® desserts, bibigo® and Pagoda® snacks.

You will stock, rotate, and set up promotions while providing friendly service to store teams. Must lift 35 pounds, hold a valid driver's license, have smartphone access, and pass background and drug tests.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and move frozen products.
• Access to a smartphone to support company technology requirements.
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements.

Responsibilities

• Stock products on store shelves safely and efficiently.
• Merchandise and rotate products as needed.
• Maintain product display space and set up promotional displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with co-workers.
