Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in various retail stores, restocking and organizing Hallmark products. You will engage with store teams and manage inventory while supporting seasonal resets and installations, sometimes working weekends around major holidays.

Daily tasks include using a Hallmark-provided mobile device to track displays, communicate with supervisors, and ensure attractive product placement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital handheld device for merchandising tasks.
• Have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Have reliable transportation to travel to stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day merchandising tasks: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device.
• Support holiday and seasonal resets, installations, and inventory changes, including occasional weekend work around major holidays.
• Collaborate with store teams and Hallmark personnel to ensure proper product placement and timely updates during resets and seasonal changes.
• Join a network of merchandisers within Hallmark's field organization and assist teammates across territories as needed.
