Hallmark Cards is seeking a part-time Merchandiser in Schererville, IN to independently manage in-store product placement, inventory, and seasonal resets. You will work with local store teams to optimize displays and stock Hallmark products, with a flexible schedule and weekend availability often required.

The role emphasizes strong organization, time management, and customer-facing engagement as you support multiple retailers in the Hallmark department.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Operate a digital handheld device to read documents.
• Have access to Wi‑Fi and internet.
• Have reliable transportation to stores.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products across stores using a handheld device.
• Holiday support: additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Department resets: install fixtures, relocate sections, and assist with remodels, often notified two weeks in advance.
• One Team Vision: support other merchandisers in the field.
