Job summary

Hallmark Cards, Inc. is seeking a part-time Merchandiser who will independently manage in-store product placement and inventory across Hallmark departments in retail settings.

You will partner with store teams to optimize displays and support seasonal resets, while maintaining professional relations with store staff and customers. The role emphasizes hands-on merchandising, use of handheld devices for reporting, and collaboration with the Hallmark field team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within the store using a handheld device; communicate with supervisor and report time.
• Holiday support: work extended hours and weekends around major holidays like Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
• Department resets: assist with installations, fixtures, relocations, and resets of card sections with prior notice for remodels.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with other merchandisers to support teammates across territories.
