Hallmark Cards in Madison, WI is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently manage product placement, organize displays, and maintain inventory in stores. You will use a handheld device to track stock and interact professionally with store teams.

The role features a flexible, limited-hour schedule with seasonal demand, training provided, and eligibility for voluntary benefits. You will travel to assigned stores and support seasonal changes and installations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 30 pounds frequently.
• Operate a handheld device to view documents and communicate.
• Access to Wi-Fi and reliable transportation to stores.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor inventory within and outside the Hallmark department.
• Holiday support: seasonal demand with extended hours and weekend work around major holidays.
• Department Resets: installations, relocating card sections, and remodel tasks with advance notice.
• One Team Vision: support other merchandisers across territories.
