Job summary

Hallmark Cards, Inc. is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in various retail stores, independently managing product displays, inventory, and relationships with store teams.

You may participate in seasonal resets and installations, supporting Hallmark's in-store presence across multiple retailers. The role emphasizes the use of a handheld device for stock updates, strong organization, and the ability to work weekends or holidays during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift/move products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to operate a digital handheld device to read documents and information.
• Access to Wi-Fi and internet.
• Reliable transportation to stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device; communicate with supervisor and complete merchandising surveys.
• Holiday support: extended hours and days around major holidays; potential weekend work.
• Department resets: assist with installations, fixtures, and reconfiguring card sections; notify two weeks in advance for remodels.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with other merchandisers across territories as needed.
