Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations in the Fort Thomas, KY area. You will display and maintain greeting cards, gift wrap, and related products, using a company tablet to plan weekly routes. The role offers a flexible schedule, paid training, and eligibility for a 401(k) with company match.

No experience is required as training is provided. The position is part-time with potential holiday increases in hours and travel between stores in Ohio.

Qualifications

• 18 yrs or older
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English is required
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Access to reliable transportation as most routes have multiple retail locations
• Access to reliable internet to receive critical job information and updates
• Technological competency—able to learn and use company-provided tablet for training and daily activity/tasks
• Meet scheduling needs – weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders, displaying products in greeting card departments and other locations
• Communicate with management any questions or concerns regarding service or schedules
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment using time management and organizational skills
• Partner and build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours
• Availability for additional working days and extended hours around major holidays
• Provide occasional assistance with store resets including fixture work or product assembly
• Review and plan weekly service schedule and workload in assigned stores using a company tablet
• Work independently and with a team
