Job summary

Convivial Brands Elc Inc is seeking part-time Merchandisers to maintain brand presence across multiple Minnesota stores, with a flexible schedule and no experience required. Training is provided, and a 401(k) with company match supports your growth.

You must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license and have access to a smart device and email for communications. Roles include stocking displays, aligning fixtures to planograms, and supporting seasonal transitions while building store

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent certification.
• Smart device required and basic app usage.
• Active email address for communication.
• Retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Available after major seasonal dates like Easter/Valentine.
• Reliable internet access for job communications.
• Reliable transportation to travel to stores.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Review and ensure fixtures align with planograms and initiate product reorders.
• Assemble and set up store fixtures and displays per planograms.
• Manage credits/returns for outdated products and seasonal transitions.
• Collect data during store visits and submit photos of visits.
• Maintain relationships with store management and keep displays organized.
• Oversee inventory and condition of fixtures and materials in stores.
• Prioritize workloads based on store assignments and client needs.
• Represent Convivial Brands professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
