Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations within your assigned area. You will stock shelves, refresh displays, complete audits, and report via a mobile app while building relationships with store staff.

Role emphasizes independent work in multiple Casa Grande area locations with flexible scheduling and early wage access. Prior merchandising/retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide accurate, timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Service retail locations in the assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports via a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store personnel and management.
• Communicating with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
