Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations in Devils Lake, ND. You will display and organize greeting card products, maintain backrooms, and collaborate with store teams during daytime hours. Training is provided and routes may expand around holidays.

Hours average around 6 per week, with potential to increase to about 11 hours during peak seasons. A reliable vehicle and internet are required for daily updates.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds with/without accommodation.
• Reliable transportation to cover multiple locations.
• Reliable internet for critical updates.
• Tech-savvy; able to use company tablet for training/daily tasks.
• Flexibility to meet scheduling needs including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route; merchandise and organize product orders.
• Display products in greeting card departments; maintain backroom areas.
• Communicate with management about service/schedule questions.
• Operate in a fast-paced retail setting with good time management.
• Build relationships with store staff during daytime hours.
• Avail for extra days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets including fixture work or light assembly.
• Review weekly service schedule in assigned stores using company tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
