Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations across the assigned Maryland area, ensuring displays meet client standards. You will stock shelves, update planograms, complete audits, and report findings via a mobile app.

No prior experience required; training and ongoing support provided. The role offers travel between locations, early wage access, and 401(k) with company match where eligible. Route typically averages 5–10 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text or email.
• Ability to work independently and deliver timely reporting via mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Retail/merchandising experience is a plus.
• Ability to understand and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Service retail locations independently to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via mobile app.
