Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations in Nebraska, including Minden. You will stock shelves, update displays, and complete audits, while reporting to the District Manager.

This role emphasizes independence and reliability in a smaller territory. The position offers a flexible schedule with starting pay of $15.00 per hour, travel time pay, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide timely reporting via mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate effectively with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store staff and management.
• Communicate with District Manager while working in stores.
