Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations in its assigned territory, including Payson, AZ. You will stock shelves, update planograms, complete audits, and support store refreshes with independence.

The role emphasizes reliable transportation, strong communication, and reporting via a mobile device. No prior merchandising experience is required, with virtual training and ongoing support provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and report via a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise in assigned stores.
• Updating planograms and product displays to client standards.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting on store visits.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets as needed.
• Applying security tags and labels where required.
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating with the District Manager while working independently in stores.
