Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations in your local area, including the city of Ajo, AZ. You will independently ensure products and displays meet client standards, stocking shelves, updating displays, and reporting via a mobile app.

Starting pay is $15.50 per hour with travel-time pay, mileage reimbursement, flexible local scheduling, early wage access, and a 401(k) with company match where eligible. No prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and report via a mobile device.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
