Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations within your assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. Route includes multiple IL locations and flexible hours.

You will stock shelves, update displays, complete audits, and report via a mobile app while building strong relationships with store personnel. Prior merchandising experience is a plus, but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and report via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports via a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
