Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations in the assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and the ability to report via mobile tools.

Responsibilities include stocking, updating displays, audits, store resets, and building relationships with store staff, with travel within the local market and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Able to work independently and report via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate with store personnel and understand written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Service retail locations within assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate directly with the District Manager while working independently in stores.
