Job summary

G&J Pepsi-Cola Bottlers, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to stock, rotate and display products at retailer locations, ensuring standards are met and pricing is maintained.

Flexibility is required for a 2nd shift schedule (3 pm–5 pm start, 4–5 hour shifts) with some weekend availability. The role includes uniforms, safety shoes and mileage reimbursement as part of a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 0–1 year merchandising/stocking experience.
• Customer service experience in retail/warehouse preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable to operate a vehicle.
• Ability to obtain industry licensing as needed.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and display products to established standards.
• Follow safety policies and wear required PPE.
• Communicate with retailers and Pepsi management on issues.
• Assist customers at retailer locations and maintain backrooms.
• Complete logs, mileage reports, store/vendor records as required.
• Work with Account Manager to increase sales and displays.
• Operate equipment safely and lift heavy product as needed.
