Job summary

A leading retail service organization is hiring part-time MCG Merchandisers in Pompano Beach, FL. Ideal candidates will have merchandising experience and great communication skills. Responsibilities include maintaining store displays, replenishing stock, and attending training seminars. Must be computer literate, have digital photo capabilities, and be available to work weekdays starting at 7 AM. Competitive pay and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Merchandising experience is a must. Retail experience is a plus.
• Must adhere to all dress code & store sign-in policies.
• Ability to read & follow detailed directives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer, high-speed internet access, printer, & email required.
• Digital photo capabilities needed.
• Same day reporting & photo submission via the online reporting system.
• Must be available to work weekdays from 7AM.
• Must pass Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Build & maintain a professional relationship with store management & personnel.
• Replenish stock & organize displays according to merchandising guidelines.
• Attend all training seminars.
• Develop creative ways to merchandise/sell the client’s products.
• Communicate effectively with MCG management.
